Setup is a one-time $749: it covers the design and build of your custom website and the configuration of your CRM, pipeline, and follow-up systems. Go annual (12 months for the price of 10, billed once up front) and setup is waived entirely.

Every plan includes a custom website, so we rebuild yours on our platform (usually a significant upgrade), and that is what lets the living improvement loop actually run: monitoring, continuous improvement, and lead capture wired in from day one. Your content and everything that already works come along.

Your website is never “done.” We watch how it performs (speed, errors, search visibility, what visitors do) and continuously propose and ship improvements, with a human approving anything your customers will see. You watch it all from your portal.

Yes: unlimited conversations and bookings under a fair-use policy that covers normal business use. It exists to stop abuse, not to meter your customers. One nuance worth knowing: AI conversations are unlimited, while outbound text messages the system sends use your plan’s text allowance. The same split applies to voice on Growth Engine: the AI’s answering is unlimited, while talk time on your line uses your plan’s phone-line minutes. If your volume ever approaches a line, we reach out and talk it through, and we never add usage charges or move you to another plan without your prior approval.

Your allowances are tracked live in your portal, and we reach out before you hit a limit with options: add capacity, upgrade, or cap usage where it is. Rates beyond your allowance are set out in your service terms, and nothing beyond your plan is ever billed without your explicit approval.

SEO keeps you ranking in classic search engines. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) makes AI assistants like ChatGPT cite you when people ask for recommendations. AIO (AI Optimization) keeps your site machine-readable: structured data, clean semantics, llms.txt. Our agents run all three as recurring cycles.

Both, by design. AI agents handle research, builds, testing, monitoring, and optimization around the clock. Humans set direction and review every consequential change before it ships. Nothing deploys without a person approving it.

Month-to-month plans cancel anytime. Annual plans run their 12 months (that is what earns the waived setup), then continue month-to-month. Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away, and no billing change ever happens without your approval.

If you change your mind before we start design work, you get everything back, no questions asked. After that: month-to-month cancels any time and runs to the end of the month you paid for. On an annual plan, cancelling early refunds the whole months you have not used, less the setup fee that was waived when you signed up, and there is no other penalty. We do not refund based on rankings or traffic, because we never promise those. We do stand behind our work: if we have not done what we said we would, tell us and we will make it right or refund you.
